TenderNest

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TenderNest. If you are under 18 you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent
• Notify us immediately at info@tendernestapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TenderNest to:

• Send content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitations
• Share content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt TenderNest's servers or infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these rules.

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the notes, photos, and voice messages you create. By sending content through TenderNest you grant us a limited licence to store and deliver it to your intended recipient. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the content you send. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.

5. Connections & Blocking

Connections are mutual — both users must agree before notes can be exchanged. You can remove or block a connection at any time from within the app. Blocking a user prevents them from sending you connection requests or seeing your profile.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

TenderNest offers optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) billed monthly or annually, and one-time message pack purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings
• Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep your plan's benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for
• Message packs are one-time purchases and do not renew
• We may change prices for future billing periods; where we do, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before it takes effect
• Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law

7. Availability

We aim to keep TenderNest available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. Upon deletion your data is permanently removed. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TenderNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TenderNest after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
